Shipping

Shipping rates and carrier options depend on item size, destination, and packaging requirements. Quilts and larger handmade pieces may require additional handling to protect the finished work in transit.

Returns & Exchanges

Ready-made items may be eligible for return if they are unused, clean, and returned in original condition within the return window stated at purchase. Custom orders, memory quilts, personalized items, and made-to-order pieces are final sale once the design, quote, and production approval are confirmed.
